CEL Reference

Twisp uses the Common Expression Language extensively for computation.

Anywhere the Expression type is used in GraphQL, a CEL expression is accepted and will be evaluated at runtime. The same functions are also globals in the Starlark programs behind tools, so a tool computes with money, decimals, dates, and UUIDs exactly as a tran code or index does. The exceptions are a tran code param's default and example, which are literal values such as USD or 2026-10-01.
